What happens if I cancel an SEO keyword or subscription service?

Performance-based SEO typically comes with a 6-month commitment. Unless you signed up during a promotional period that waived our 6-month contract, you will incur an early-termination penalty per keyword if you wish to cancel service before 6 months have passed.

If you cancel SEO service for a keyword, we’ll pull a rankings report on the day of cancellation, and a pro-rated charge for the current month will be assessed.

For our subscription marketing services (like blog management, social marketing, etc), you’ll receive a pro-rated refund for the current month at the time of cancellation. These services are all contract-free and can be cancelled at any time without incurring any penalties.
